If you have a logo, pictures or content, we will exchange these now as well as the first payment (50% if doing lump sum package).

Our Story

My name is Manuel, and I run Modesto Development. My journey into web development began when my passion for nature accelerated. I was eager to find a career that would allow me to work from home so I would have time to commute to different hiking trails on a regular basis. When reaching out to local small businesses to offer my services I quickly realized that many small businesses face significant hurdles when it comes to web development. Many couldn’t afford the hefty upfront costs typically associated with building a new website, while others who could afford it often ended up with subpar, outdated designs.

This dilemma led me to revamp my business model to better accommodate their needs and budget constraints. As a result, I utilize a flexible payment model with no initial down payment and a manageable $150 monthly fee (12 months minimum). This approach helps small businesses get the quality web presence they need without straining their finances, ensuring they can trust in receiving a modern, well-built website.
